Our premiere workshop, Opening a Bookstore: The Business Essentials, is given in the spring and fall each year with a small group of people representing 20 stores or less. It’s the ultimate training retreat with more than ten trainers and industry professionals, a setting that spotlights spirited independent retailers, demonstrations of the leading bookstore computer management systems, and more.
