Ready, Set, Open for Business: Planning & Store Set-up (Session 2) is held Wednesday through Friday of our training week. If you've already learned about the big picture (Session 1) and you're in the process of opening a bookstore, you'll roll up your sleeves and get ready to make decisions and know what's involved in designing your store, filling it with fabulous merchandise, computerizing your operations, hiring and training staff, and marketing to bring in customers.
